Today is a lazy day - not unlike most days, of course. I'm currently watching a movie and doing laundry (something I havne't done in a while). I was supposed to lay out with Angie today, but I havne't heard from her yet and now I kinda don't feel like it. At 3:30ish I'm supposed to help a friend with her wedding invitations...
What do I need to tell you all.... hmm.
Well, I started floor training on Friday at 9:45am. It was kinda scary at first... we were SWAMPED. I don't know if I was actually supposed to make sales by myself, but there was no way around it. I ended up selling 3 tvs, and helped a guy figure out which dvd player to get. I dunno... I don't feel 100% prepared to be selling products to people - I barely know anything about the products, so I don't know if I can actually sell a product effectively.
Anyway...
My schedule for next week is Monday thru Friday, 9:45am until 5pm.
Saturday was a fun day/night. I woke up around 11:30/noon and got ready for a wedding. It was a very nice and pretty wedding - kinda weird to know that they're married now...
The reception was fun, too. Very romantic and quaint. DELICIOUS food! Great company at the table - overall a success. Didn't stay too long; my ride wanted to leave around 8ish. So I had to leave, too. Angie called around 9 to have me come pick her up from the wedding - she was feeling ill, not wasted.
Yesterday I realized how much I want to get married, but don't want to get married. I have another wedding to attend in two weeks, and then another in about a month. Both are pairs of friends... its so weird to know that people I've gone through college with and have befriended will be married.
Anyway... I should go check on my laundry. I think its been about 30 minutes?
