I decided to come home for the night today... I figured, hey - I've got nothing to do... so might as well do some free laundry.
Which also lead to a really delicious dinner w/ family + sister's bf at Ameristar. MMMMM - such good food. It seriously was the first time in a while that i've eaten so much meat and dessert. LOL.
Anyway, things are going ok. I wish I got more hours at Sears right now cuz of the immense boredom I suffer. It sucks cuz i'm lonely all day long when Angie is working. I am awaiting the arrival of Kim on Wednesday - so hopefully we can be bored together. Instead of just plain ol' me...
This past weekend was pretty much fun. Friday was Angie's 22nd birthday, so we celebrated on Saturday. Basically we sat around watching DVDs all day, then went to dinner at Rebo's w/ Clint, Clint's family, and BJ. Then we headed back to the duplex for some birthday cake and pina coladas. MMMM... Genny and taylor came over for that. Then most of us headed to Plaza Bowl for a night of bowling and drinking beer. It was really fun - and I did SUPER well: 121 and 110 in my games. I should always drink when I play. LOL
After the bowling alley, Genny, Kari, BJ and I decided to hit up Rosie's downtown. It was fun to go dancing and stay out on the town... got home finally around 2:30 and went to bed to work at noon.
I got screamed at on Sunday at work because I was trying to help this hispanic guy, but I couldn't understand what he was telling me (i was translating). Anyway, everything got worked out, and it was over. But i was flustered and frustrated... I hate when people freak out on me about something they bought. And it was even worse cuz it was in Spanish. BLah. I really need to brush up on my verbs and vocab - it would save from a lot of trouble. LOL
Hmm... what else. Not much. So i think i'm going to head out.
School starts August 30, but I wish it started now. I hate being bored!
